DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to send out all orders within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched from our UK based warehouse.

 

UK SHIPPING

Orders are shipped in the UK via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. 

Orders over 2KG are shipped using DPD.

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for all orders under £50.

For any order over £50 delivery is free no matter the size or shape.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer world wide shipping up to 2KG total weight.  Orders are sent on an economy service and quoted delivery times are 10-60 days.

All rates are automatically calculated at checkout, rates are based on total weight of the order.

Please note you will be liable to pay any customs charges and within the EU any VAT which will be charged at the applicable rate for your country.  Rolling Heads Limited will not be responsible for any of these charges.

 

PACKAGING

Most orders will be packed in Rolling Heads branded packaging materials, except for some special releases which have their own unique packaging.

Where possible ALL of our packaging materials are 100% recyclable and from 100% recycled sources.

Please don't be offended if your purchase comes packaged in re-used packaging materials. 

We do everything we can to ensure Rolling Heads creates no excess waste materials.
